Where you can find your Order Number: 
There are three ways to locate your order number:

1) try to locate the confirmation email which was emailed to your email address at the time you placed your order. Check your spam/junk or promo folder.

2) you can log into your Scrub Pro account and your order number will be published there.

3) Your order number is located on your sales invoice - where you see your Shopify Number.

  • Follow the instructions when you click and enter the returns center and select the items you want to return.

  • Once your request is approved, you will get another confirmation email with shipping guidelines. (check your inbox, promo folder, or junk/spam folder.)

  • Within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • In unused and re-sellable condition.
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact.

The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, please reach out to ourcustomer service departmentwithin 7 days of the delivered date. You can call customer service department Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm EST by calling (443) 992-6313 or you can also email them at customerservice@scrubpro.com

If your return was denied for any of the following reasons your package will not be re-shipped to you. If your return was denied your items will be destroyed due to health concerns.

  • Original tags were not attached.
  • Item(s) appeared to have been worn, damaged, or retagged.
  • Return was received after 30 days from when your order was placed.

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Please contact Scrub Pro customer service department via email: customerservice@scrubpro.com  or by calling (443) 992-6313 Monday through Friday during normal business hours of 8:30 am to 5 pm EST to begin the process.

Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you once we have received your returned items back to us.

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method

When returning shoes please do not use the original shoe box as a shipping container. Instead, encase the shoe box into another box for shipping to help prevent damages during the shipping process.

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email sent to you after placing the return request. (If you still cannot locate the confirmation email after checking your spam/junk or promo folders, please contact our customer service department.)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 7-14 working days after approval.
