To reset your password, simply click the login avatar in the top right corner of the screen. Once at the login screen click on the red text located to the right of the password field (Forgot your password?). Fill in the required email address field in order to request a new password.
Orders with a subtotal of $99 or more qualify for free 2-Day shipping. The subtotal does not include taxes, gift cards, or embroidery. Some exclusions apply. Items shipped directly from the manufacturer do not qualify for 2-Day shipping. Your order may be shipped in separate packages. Inclement weather may delay delivery.
Orders place during Free Shipping promotions or orders that are placed using a Free Shipping discount code will be shipped using standard shipping methods.

Step 1: View Your Shopping Cart
Once you're ready to complete your purchase, click on the shopping cart icon located at the top right corner of the page. This will take you to your shopping cart, where you can review your selected items.

After you have reviewed your selected items, Click checkout to proceed to the checkout page.
Step 3: Complete the checkout page
Complete the checkout page by filling out the shipping and payment information.
Step 4: Apply Your Coupon Code
On the far right of the checkout page, you'll find a field labeled "Discount code" or "Promo code." This is where you can enter your coupon code.
Step 5: Enter Your Coupon Code
Type your unique coupon code into the "Discount code" field. Make sure to enter it exactly as provided, including any capital letters or special characters.
Step 6: Apply the Discount
After entering your coupon code, click on the "Apply" or "Add" button next to the field. You'll see the discount applied to your order subtotal.
Step 7: Review Your Discounted Total
Take a moment to review your updated order total. You'll see the discount amount reflected in your final price.
Step 8: Proceed to Checkout
Once you're satisfied with your order and the applied discount, proceed to the next step.
Step 9: Complete Your Purchase
Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your shipping and payment information. After providing the necessary details, you can complete your purchase by clicking the "Place Order" or "Complete Purchase" or “Pay” button.
Step 10: Enjoy Your Savings
Congratulations! You've successfully applied your coupon code and made a discounted purchase. Your selected items will be on their way to you, and you can enjoy the savings you've earned.
If you are still unable to apply your discount code or the code is not being applied, contact our customer service department for assistance.
No, only one discount/coupon code can be used per order. Rewards also cannot be combined with any other discount/coupon codes.
Order FAQs
Processing time is the amount of time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship. In-stock items received by 10:00 am EST on a business day normally process the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 am EST or on non-business days will be processed the following business day. Embroidered items can add an additional 2-3 business days to the processing time.
Yes! Simply email or call our customer service support line with the specifics of your order or email us at Customerservice@scrubpro.com. Orders with embroidered items will ship after the embroidery process is complete. Embroidery will add approximately 2-3 business days of processing time. Large orders may take longer.
Orders may be cancelled within one hour after it has been placed.
After back-ordered items are received at our warehouse, they will ship immediately via the selected shipping method.
Yes! All products placed in your cart can be modified or removed before the final checkout process.

Finding your "Refer A Friend" link is a piece of cake! There are two easy steps to get there:
- Log into your Scrub Pro store account and then navigate to your Scrub Pro Rewards account.
-Here's how:
- Click on the account icon in the upper right corner next to the shopping bag icon.
- Select "login" from the dropdown menu.
- Log in and after you've logged in, you'll be asked to log in again, that will be to your Scrub Pro Rewards account.
- Once logged in, simply type in this in your URL: scrubpro.com/#rewards-home, and viola! The Scrub Pro Rewards banner will pop open.
- Under the Scrub Pro Referral Program, you will see your referral link, just click "Copy" and start sharing the love!

1. Gift Card Email: When a customer receives a gift card, the email includes a link to view the balance. They can revisit this email and check their balance any time.
2. Gift Card Code: Customers can also check the remaining balance by entering their gift card code during the checkout process, and it will show how much balance is left before applying it to the purchase.
