I forgot my password! How do I retrieve it?
To reset your password, simply click the login avatar in the top right corner of the screen. Once at the login screen click on the red text located to the right of the password field (Forgot your password?). Fill in the required email address field in order to request a new password.
(If you have not received an email with a new password make sure we are not hiding in your spam folder by adding us to your contacts!)
Do you offer free shipping?
Orders with a subtotal of $99 or more qualify for free 2-Day shipping. The subtotal does not include taxes, gift cards, or embroidery. Items shipped directly from the manufacturer do not qualify for 2-Day shipping. Your order may be shipped in separate packages. Inclement weather may delay delivery.
Orders place during Free Shipping promotions or orders that are placed using a Free Shipping discount code will be shipped using standard shipping methods.
How long does shipping usually take?
For standard shipping, in stock items coming from our warehouse should be delivered in 4-6 business days after your order is processed. Items shipped directly from the manufacturer may take longer to be delivered. Your order may be shipped in separate packages. Inclement weather may delay delivery, we are not responsible for delays with shipper.
Where is my order? Or did my order ship?
Processing time is the amount of time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship. In-stock items received by 1:30pm EST on a business day normally process the same day. Orders placed after 1:30pm EST or on non-business days will be processed the following business day. Embroidered items can add an additional 2-3 business days to the processing time.
Can I get my orders embroidered?
Yes! Simply email or call our customer service support line with the specifics of your order or email us at Customerservice@scrubpro.com
. Orders with embroidered items will ship after the embroidery process is complete. Embroidery will add approximately 2-3 business days of processing time. Large orders may take longer.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s placed?
An order may be cancelled within one hour after it has been placed.
What happens if an item I order is back-ordered?
After back-ordered items are received at our warehouse, they will ship immediately via the selected shipping method.
Can I change an item after adding it to my shopping cart?
Yes! All products placed in your cart can be modified or removed before the final checkout process.
Do you accept orders over the phone, fax or in the mail?
All of the above! We are here to provide our consumers with a smooth and easy shopping experience from start to finish, including the customer’s order process.

How do I Participate?
There are two ways to sign up. (1) Sign up by clicking on the avatar next to the shopping bag in the upper right of your screen. Click on “Create a store account”. (2) Click on the "Login/Sign up" popup that appears. Once you've signed up for an account, you can participate in all the activities where you can earn points.
How can I earn points?
You can earn points by completing actions listed in rewards tab; Just click on the “Rewards” tab to see the list of activities available for you to take part in.
How can I spend my points?
It’s simple: Just click on “Rewards” tab and you'll see the list of all discounts you can redeem your points for. With points, you can boost your savings even after sales and other discounts have been applied to your purchase! Because you can apply points to the total purchase price of your order, you can even spend your points on brand-name items that never go on sale.
Can I use more than one coupon code at once?
No. Unfortunately stacking coupon codes is not allowed: only one code is permitted per transaction. However, you're free to use your rewards points in addition to a coupon code, because points can be used toward the total price of your order.
Do my rewards points ever disappear?
No--once you have earned your points they are all yours! Sign up for notifications to let you know when you receive points & how many you have.
Do my store purchases apply towards the rewards program?
No, the rewards program is exclusively for website purchases only.
How do Shop Pay Installments work?
You can choose Shop Pay at checkout, and pay in full or in 4 interest-free installments for orders between $50 and $3000.
Shop Pay is a third-party service, like Google Pay. Before you shop, sign up here to get started. Or, alternatively, sign up from your within your checkout cart. Either way, it's quick & easy.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. There are no fees, no interest, and no impact to your credit score.
How often will I have to make payments?
Your card on file will be billed every two weeks over the course of 4 installments.
Can I pay in full through Shop Pay?
Yes, simply choose the pay now option under Payment Method & pay the entire balance today.
