      COVID-19 Shipping: Most orders arrive on time. However, due to COVID-19 and shipping volumes, some orders are arriving later than our estimates. Currently, we are unable to ship to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. Alternatively, customers can pick up and drop off their packages at Walgreens through FedEx. For more information on FedEx/Walgreens pick up click here.

      Processing Time: Processing time is the amount of time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship. In-stock items received by 1:30pm EST on a business day normally process the same day.  Orders placed after 1:30pm EST or on non-business days will be processed the following business day. Embroidered items can add an additional 2-3 business days to the processing time.

      Business Days: Business days are defined as Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

      When will my order be processed?

      Multiple Shipments: Your order may be shipped in multiple packages.  View your shipment email for details.  Check spam/junk folders if you did not receive your shipment email.

      Embroidered Items: Orders with embroidered items will ship after the embroidery process is complete.  Embroidery will add approximately 2-3 business days of processing time.  Large orders may take longer.

      Backordered Items:  After backordered items are received at our warehouse, they will ship immediately via the selected shipping method.

      Cancellation Policy: Orders may be cancelled within one hour after it has been placed.

      Manufacturer Shipments: Items shipped directly from the manufacturer do not qualify for free 2-Day shipping. They will be shipped using standard shipping methods.

      P.O. Box and APO/FPO: Orders being shipped to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO will be shipped via the United States Postal Service.  They do not qualify for Standard Shipping or 2-Day Shipping. 

      FedEx/Walgreens Pick Up: To pick up orders at Walgreens enter your tracking number here. and select “Manage Delivery”. Next select “Hold at Location” and choose a nearby Walgreens. When your package arrives, FedEx will notify you, and you can pick it up at a Walgreens near you.

      Standard Shipping: In stock items shipping from our warehouse should be delivered in 4-6 business days after your order is processed.  Items shipped directly from the manufacturer may take longer to be delivered. Your order may be shipped in separate packages. Inclement weather may delay delivery, we are not responsible for delays with shipper.

      Free 2-Day Shipping on Orders $99+: Orders with a subtotal of $99 or more qualify for free 2-Day shipping. The subtotal does not include taxes, gift cards, or embroidery.  Items shipped directly from the manufacturer do not qualify for 2-Day shipping. Your order may be shipped in separate packages. Inclement weather may delay delivery.

      Free Shipping: Orders placed during Free Shipping promotions or orders that are placed using a Free Shipping discount code will be shipped using standard shipping methods. In stock items shipping from our warehouse should be delivered in 4-6 business days after your order is processed. Items shipped directly from the manufacturer may take longer to be delivered. Your order may be shipped in separate packages. Inclement weather may delay delivery, we are not responsible for delays with shipper.

      Non-Continental US Orders: Orders placed with shipping addresses outside of the continental United States will not be processed. *We do not ship to Russia.*

      How do I return?

      • Visit our Returns Center
      • Enter your Shopify order number and email address to start
      • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
      • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

      What items are returnable? 

      • Within 30 days from the date of purchase
      • In unused and re-sellable condition
      • In the original packaging with all the tags intact

      What items are non-refundable? 

       The following items cannot be returned:
      • Gift cards
      • Discounted items (if applicable)

      The item I received is damaged!
      If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

      My Return was Denied – What does that mean?

      If your return was denied for any of the following reasons your package will not be re-shipped to you. If your return was denied your items will be destroyed due to health concerns.

      • Original tags were not attached.
      • Item(s) appeared to have been worn, damaged, or retagged.
      • Return was received after 30 days from when your order was placed.

      PLEASE NOTE; Due to COVID-19, any items returned without tags attached will be disposed of immediately and will not be eligible for a refund due to additional safety and health measures taken at this time.

      Can the items be exchanged?

      We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

      What are the refund options?

      The following refund options are supported:

      • Refund to the original payment method
      • Refund to store credit (if applicable)

      How do I ship back the items?

      How soon will I get my refund?

      Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 7-14 working days after approval.
